1.Introduction

fortune88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by fortune88 may result in Account suspension or permanent closure and the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds credited to the Account.

4.Account Registration

Each individual User is permitted to hold one Account only on fortune88. The creation of duplicate, multiple or false Accounts by a single person is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When completing Account registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, contact email address and preferred MYR payment method. You must update this information promptly whenever it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-step verification codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. fortune88 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

fortune88 may require you to complete its KYC verification process, including the submission of a valid government-issued identification document and proof of residential address, before a withdrawal request can be processed. Acceptable documents include a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or other documentation specified by fortune88 at the time of request.

6.Deposits & Payments

All Account deposits on fortune88 must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Fortune88 does not accept deposits made on behalf of a third party under any circumstances.

The following MYR payment methods are supported for deposits, subject to availability and applicable minimum or maximum transaction limits:

• Online Banking via FPX — including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect and other participating Malaysian banks.
• DuitNow — instant interbank fund transfers using registered Malaysian bank accounts.
• E-Wallets — Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay where enabled.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. These limits are displayed at the point of deposit and may be adjusted by fortune88 at any time. Deposits are generally credited to your Account immediately upon successful confirmation by the relevant payment provider.

7.Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is approved.
2. All applicable Wagering Requirements associated with any Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be satisfied in full prior to withdrawal.
3. The requested withdrawal amount must not exceed applicable single-transaction or daily withdrawal limits in force at the time of the request.
4. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever technically possible.
5. E-wallet withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval; bank transfers to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and other Malaysian banks may take longer depending on interbank processing schedules.

8.Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus offers and promotions made available on fortune88 are subject to specific terms that are published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these General Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

The following general bonus conditions apply across all fortune88 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion (typically expressed as a multiplier such as ×10, ×15 or ×20 of the bonus amount) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While Bonus Funds remain active in your Account, individual wagers must not exceed the maximum stake limit specified in the promotion, typically in the range of RM250 to RM500 per bet.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Video slots commonly contribute 100%; table games, live dealer games and certain other categories may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds and their associated Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion, typically 7, 14 or 30 days from the date of crediting.
• Maximum Cash-out: Some promotions impose a cap on the amount of bonus-derived winnings that may be withdrawn. Where a maximum cash-out limit applies, it will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.

fortune88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Any attempt to abuse a promotion, including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion or irregular betting patterns, will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and may result in permanent Account closure.

9.Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on fortune88 are subject to the specific rules of each product, sport or game category. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing a bet or participating in any game.

In respect of sports betting specifically:

• Bets accepted on fortune88 are final once confirmed, subject to the right of fortune88 to void a bet where a manifest error has occurred.
• Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the accepted wager.
• For Mix Parlay selections, all legs of the parlay must be correct for the bet to win. The cancellation or postponement of one or more events may affect the parlay result in accordance with the applicable rules.

• Session Time Limits: Users may configure maximum session durations to limit the continuous time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be suspended and no access, deposits or bets will be permitted.

11.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on fortune88 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. fortune88 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to void any associated bets, winnings or withdrawals:

• Creating more than one Account per individual.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Colluding with other users or third parties to exploit games, promotions or betting markets.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software or other tools to access or interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation from fortune88.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in fortune88 systems. Any such discovery must be reported to fortune88 immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud or other financial crime through the fortune88 Platform.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party.

12.Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the fortune88 Platform, including but not limited to its design, layout, logos, trademarks, text, images, software, code and all other content, are owned by or licensed to fortune88. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of intellectual property rights to you.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fortune88 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit any content from fortune88 without prior written consent.

13.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fortune88, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits or anticipated savings.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform, including during scheduled maintenance.
• Errors in game outcomes or bet settlement arising from third-party data feed inaccuracies.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on information published on the fortune88 Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, fortune88's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fortune88 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14.Amendments

fortune88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, fortune88 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by communicating the change to registered Account holders via the contact details held on their Account.
